Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP application could be purchased through Microsoft Dynamics VAR/Partner channel. Your Great Plains VAR will sell GP software licenses and then will be in charge for onsite implementation, conversion, user training, integration with legacy systems, reporting, and if required customization. Our company provides full service in four regions: Chicago, Houston, San Diego and Orange County, Dallas. Plus we cover our customers day-to-day support needs nationwide in USA, Canada, Mexico, Central America and Caribbean and Pacific. 2. Great Plains Certified Consultants. GP is not intended for in-house self implementation (of course if you have ex GP consultant now working for you as IT or financial analysts - you may have an exception). GP consultants are typically available from your GP VAR.
3. Great Plains Remote Support. If your office has internet connection, then we can use such technologies as web sessions, remote desktop connections and VPN to support your GP remotely. Remote support typically follows your initial GP implementation. If you are not happy with your current local support provider, you can call us to let us clean up whatever went initially wrong and make your life happy
