Job Opening: Office Administrator with Accounting, Presales and Marketing duties - Alba Spectrum

Alba Spectrum is regional and nationwide Technology consulting organization with offices in Chicago, Naperville, San Diego, Atlanta, Houston
This position is ideally designed for entry level college graduate individual and has the following duties:
1. Accounting: AR Invoices producing, verification, mailing, Aging and checking payment status with customers. You will be working with Microsoft CRM timesheets and reports. Initially timesheets are filled by Technical consultants and software developers and as needed you will be communicating with them to verify timesheet content
2. Presales. You will be helping Sales reps to prepare proposals, records and process leads, prospects and sales activities into Microsoft CRM, produce customer and lead status reports and customer/project statements, work with existing customers on annual membership renewal
3. Marketing. You will be helping Sales reps to receive and schedule incoming new and existing customer requests, as needed give them information about Alba Spectrum products and Services. As time goes you might be involved in preparing and scheduling marketing campaigns in Microsoft CRM
Skills/Knowledge:
1. Accounting - you should have general accounting classes taken in the college, some experience is welcome. Familiarity with Dynamics GP Great Plains or similar ERP is a plus
2. Computer literacy. You should be familiar with MS Office: Excel, Word, be quick learner and be able in short period of time acquire advanced user knowledge in Microsoft CRM: views, drilling, new reports and data mining. Familiarity with Microsoft CRM or other CRM application is a plus
3. Excellent English phone conversation skills, Spanish is also some plus
