Australia Real Estate sees double increase rate

Kevin Fordham

According from the study of the analyst, last year was the time that Australia has the strongest annual real estate growth in the country since 2003 however the next six months is more likely to see more reasonable increases of rate across all sectors and real estate market value.

The double-digit growth in those properties prices have gained and helped a lot in real estate market value. This 2010 will increase and the market value will surely recover from past problem. The recovery will certainly appears solid as the rapid rebound take place. From the latest report of Australain Property Monitors stated the Median residential property prices increase up to the 12.1% during the year and 5% in the last three months of 2009.

The price growth seen in the more expensive suburbs in 2009 has largely been a recovery of the price falls that have occurred since late 2007 and early 2008,' explained APM's economist Mathew Bell.

Bell also said that the real estate prices would probably gain more in Brisbane and Perth during the next 12 months.
